A year ago today I had the pleasure of photographing Jessica and Wesley’s wedding at Le Bourdil Blanc near Bergerac in the Dordogne.
Despite the fact that it rained most of the day, it was really one of the highlights of my wedding season : a truly intimate occasion where the simple joy of celebrating a marriage in the company of family and close friends, really shone through. A steady flow of alcohol helped keep spirits high (!) but above all else I couldn’t help but be touched by the warmth and great humour of the couple and their guests.
I’m delighted that on their first anniversary their wedding has been featured on the Frenchweddingstyle blog, and also thrilled to learn that Jess and Wes are expecting a new addition to the family in September!
