A year ago this last weekend I had the privilege of photographing Jenna & Shelley's wedding in the majestic Château de Massillan, set in the beautiful Provencal vineyard countryside, between Orange and Bollène.
Another wonderful wedding season, blessed with good weather and covering everything from the close intimate family affair with just two dozen people, to the full scale 500-strong celebration.
With well over a decade’s experience in wedding photography, the old cliché still holds true, that no two celebrations are ever alike. It’s really the quality of the people you meet that make for the quality of the pictures in terms of their authenticity and emotional force.
It’s been another exciting and eventful year of shooting weddings across the four corners of France, from the bay of Saint Malo in Brittany, down to the Tropicana beach club in Rayol Canadel, via the Dordogne, the Luberon and many other picturesque locations in between.

I first met Sybil Rondeau, around 7 years ago. She had not long previously packed in her medical related job, deciding to make a vocation out of her passion for photography, in particular, for wedding photography.
2015 took me once again across the four corners of France travelling to Burgundy, Provence, Brittany, Dordogne and Aquitaine, from the splendour of historic castles to the intimacy of family homes.
Wedding photographers find their inspiration from many sources, often from associated branches of the profession, whether it be documentary, fashion or portraiture.
